Information for the New Patient
We are excited you have chosen Chinese Medicine. It is a safe, gentle, and effective modality. To get the most out of your appointments, please make sure you have eaten something beforehand. You don’t need to have a full meal, but it’s best not to come on an empty stomach. Also, please wear loose, comfortable clothing, if you can.
Think ahead about what you would like to change about your health!
For the first appointment, please plan on arriving ten minutes early to complete the paperwork, or you may download it below, print it out, and fill it out ahead of time:

Fees:
Payment is due at time of service. Please bring a check, cash, or credit card.
Initial Consultation (we work together to find out if Chinese medicine is right for you): FREE
Acupuncture Treatment: First visit: $120 Follow ups: $60
Herbs: approx. $25 (price varies per individual)
Qi Gong Class: $10 (kids free with parent)

*Currently, we do not work directly with insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can mail in to obtain reimbursement from your insurance, if you’re covered.
